Mrs. Swapnil Kaushik always believed in experiential learning. My pregnancy journey motivated me to trail this course. As a lawyer by profession, I pry upon always knowing the facts and reasons behind all that goes around. Pregnancy and motherhood were two of the main reasons that helped me discover this path and live up to my passion of empowering and educating every woman around me. Just like any other right, women have every right to make informed decisions around pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Mom’s Preg-Ladder aims at empowering women on pre-pregnancy, early pregnancy, labor management, new born care, breastfeeding and post-partum fitness. 

Mom’s Preg-Ladder is the brain child of Mrs. Swapnil Kaushik who’s own pregnancy experience made her explore the field of child birth education.
